Policies/Procedures:

To become a Tri-City Health Center member please contact our appointment line. For uninsured and first time patients, an appointment will be scheduled with the member services department. This department will work with you to identify your eligibility for free or low cost medical services and/or insurance programs. For your first appointment, please bring the following information with you: Proof of your income (if you have dependents, you must bring proof of their income as well.) If you do not have any income, you will need to bring a Letter of Support from whomever you are living with. The Letter of Support should say what kind of support they are giving you (a place to stay, food, etc.) and have their name and phone number on it). Proof of your address (If applicable), photo ID, you may be asked to bring your birth certificate, Social Security Card (If applicable). If you currently have insurance and would like to become a TCHC member please call our appointment line to schedule your visit.

Cost/Fees:

In case you do not have health insurance, you will be screened for programs that cover the cost of the services. Depending on the program that you are eligible for some services might be low cost or free. We also have a sliding-fee-scale paying system, which varies based on income. Costs for services range from $5 to $115 depending on the program that the patient qualifies for.

Appointment Availability:

For new patients, on average expect a 2 to 3 weeks wait to be seen. Sick visits will be schedule between 24 or 48 hours unless urgent care is needed.
