We primarily serve the students who attend Roosevelt Middle School. Please call the phone number provided to become a patient of the clinic. All clients must be registered into the clinic before being seen by a provider, so please be aware that your first appointment will be for registration.

Our medical provider can see patients on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Dental services are provided Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Health Education and Behavioral Health Services are offered daily. New patients are mostly likely able to be seen by a provider within one week.

Roosevelt Health Center is located within the school building. We are a free clinic for Roosevelt students. Students can receive physical exams and free reproductive health care services, as well as immunizations and health screenings. Dental services include exams and x-rays, as well as fillings, sealants, and cleanings.
We work with other campus-based community partners to support wellness for students and their families; assistance available includes insurance enrollment, wellness education, and access to legal support, food, and other basic needs.
