No patient will be denied health care due to an individual’s inability to pay; for information please contact our intake specialists.

Cost/Fees:
No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay. There is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available, contact us and you may be eligible for Davis Street services or a variety of other no-cost or low-cost health care programs.

Appointment Availability:
We take appointments for the Medical Clinic by phone, including same-day appointments. Dental Clinic and Behavioral Health Services are by appointment only.
