Policies/Procedures:

New clients are welcome to walk in during normal operating hours. New clients will complete the referral process with a member of the outreach team, then schedule an intake appointment with a case manager for enrollment.

Insurance and Coverage Programs Accepted:
Medi-Cal, Medicare, Private Insurance

Cost/Fees:

All services are available to uninsured HIV+ individuals

Behavioral Health Services, HIV Testing & Counseling, Mental Health, Substance Abuse Services

Notes:

Site offers behavioral health and clinical prevention case management services to minority adolescents and adults with HIV/AIDS. In addition to case management and behavioral health services, AMHI also provides wrap around services, including: skilled nursing; attendant care; homemaker services; and emergency financial assistance with housing, nutrition, transportation and utilities. All services are available to recently incarcerated, released HIV+ individuals.
