To receive care at the Asian Medical center you must be a member of Asian Health Services.

Our membership representatives are staffs who can help you become a member. They will also make appointments, interpret, answer your phone calls, help with referrals, and guide you to get the health care you need. They are specially trained to help you apply for health programs such as Medicare, Medi-Cal, Healthy Families, CMSP (a County program for uninsured people), and others.

Please bring proof of identification, proof of Alameda County Residency, and Proof of income to the membership appointment.
