Policies/Procedures:

To get an appointment at the Newark Health Center, call (510) 505-1600 to ask for an appointment.

You will be given an appointment to see the enrollment specialist for eligibility and financial clearance. You will be asked to bring documents such as proof of ID, proof of address, and income documents.

You will also be given another appointment to see the Provider.

Cost/Fees:

ACMC offers financial assistance to patients that qualify based on level of income and residency requirements. Most patients whose level of income is less than 350% of the Federal Poverty Level guidelines will receive a discount from full charges. Patients whose level of income is less than 200% of the Federal Poverty Level guidelines may be eligible for HealthPAC (Health Plan of Alameda County) which covers the full cost of care with only small co-payments. ACMC’s mission is to maintain and improve the health of all County residents regardless of their ability to pay.
